I thought this was a wonderful novella. It's not your typical romance in any fashion. It can get a little graphic where injuries are concerned but not so much that I couldn't read it and get through the brief descriptions. I thoroughly enjoyed Gabriel's tough but vulnerable personality. His loyalty was astounding. Joey was a charming man you would have been honored to be friends with.
